Ques.1 Is there any advance booking of meeting room required?
We request that you make an advance booking by using the Platinum Green Coworks app or at the front desk before you use the Room as at the last moment the rooms may not be available.
Ques.2 What is your conference room Gold & Diamond equipped with?
Our conference room Gold is specifically designed to house 9 -12 people comfortably while Conference room diamond is capable to house 20-30 people.
Both of our Conference Rooms are equipped with Smart Televisions which you can use for your presentations.
Ques.3 What happens if I exceed the booked time slot of meeting room?
We advise you to adhere to your Pre-booked slots. Please conclude your meetings / book next slot (if available) atleast 5 minutes before the ending of your pre-booked time slot to avoid extension. In case of excess utilization of the Meeting Room/ Conference Room/Executive Room than the booked hours Coworking Centre Staff has the right to ask for vacating the space after booked hours.
By continuing to stay in the Meeting Room/ Conference Room/Executive Room you may be using someone else’s meeting time. Take your discussion elsewhere or schedule a follow-up meeting if needed.
Ques.4 If I cancel the booking of Meeting Room/ Conference Room, will I get my amount refunded?
If your meeting gets cancelled, don’t forget to cancel your Meeting Room/ Conference Room/Executive Room reservation immediately.
The amount paid shall be adjusted in next booking as follows :
a) If Cancelled 3 or more days in advance:- 90% adjustable to your next bill
b) If Cancelled 1 or 2 days in advance:- 80% adjustable to your next bill
c) If Cancelled 12 hours before your pre-booked time slot:- 50% adjustable to your next bill
d) If Cancelled 6 hours before your pre-booked time slot but after 12 hours- 25% adjustable to your next bill
e) Else- No refund
If the booking was made using Free Coupon redemption and when booking got cancelled then the free coupons will be reissued as follows :
a) If Cancelled 3 or more days in advance:-75% of the coupon hours
b) If Cancelled 1 or 2 days in advance:- 50 % of the coupon hours
c) Else- Nil Hours
